How Are You Today in Spanish

If you want to say “how are you today” in Spanish, you would simply say, “¿Cómo está hoy?” It’s the formal version of the greeting. The informal/familiar version is “¿Cómo estás hoy?”. Speaking to more than one person? Then use “¿Cómo estáis hoy?” as the plural informal/familiar version or “¿Cómo están hoy?” as the more formal version of the plural.
